In the process of implementing the 3E7S work in the company, our machining workshop first regularly educates and instills knowledge to employees in accordance with the company's requirements, making them realize that while doing their job well, it is also very important to maintain a good production site environment. I have organized several meetings with workshop employees to address this issue, during which we proposed that we should start from the source of 3E7S work: strengthen awareness, maintain a positive attitude, clarify the importance of production site management, and make every employee aware that 3E7S management is related to every one of us.
